Simtek Expands Distribution In Korea

Colorado Springs-based Simtek, a supplier of memory semiconductors, said today that it has signed on a distributor of its products in Korea. The firm said that ProGate Technology, based in Seongnam, will distribute its products in Korea. Simtek said that ihe deal will assist it in its efforts to expand its global footprint. Simtek is a provider of nonvolatile static random access memory, used in RAID storage, industrial automation, GPS systems, and other electronics equipment.
