Rogue Wave Software Names New CEO, CFO

Rogue Wave Software Inc., a provider of software development applications, announced Tuesday that it has named Bart Foster as president and chief executive officer. Additionally, the company reported that it has hired Kevin Naughton as vice president and chief financial officer. Most recently, Foster served as an investment and restructuring advisor to private equity firms such as Battery Ventures, which purchased Quovadx Inc. on July 18. At the time, Rogue Wave was a division of Quovadx; it is now operating as an independent organization, the company said. Prior to joining Rogue Wave, Naughton served as senior vice president and CFO of GTESS Corp. Rogue Wave Software is headquartered in Boulder, Colo.
