RemedyMD Acquires EZHealthcare

Salt Lake City, Utah-based RemedyMD said Tuesday that it has acquired EZHealthCare, a provider of medical practice software also based in Salt Lake. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. RemedyMD is a provider of healthcare management software for personalizing medical treatment. According to RemedyMD, it will web-enable EZHealthcare's products usings its own software platform. EZHealthcare was founded in 1988 and has over 1900 customers.
