Solidware Ships Software Diligence Product

Boulder, Colorado-based Solidware Technologies, said Monday that it has shipped a new product targeted at due diligence of merger and acquisition deals. The new software, SWaudit for Java Due Diligence, is designed to allow Wall Street and enterprise M&A teams to understand the quality of Java software code as part of merger and acquisition deals. Solidware said that its new product reduces the time to identify risky and failure-prone code and system issues in Java source code. Solidware develops software for measuring source code quality and for detecting bugs. The firm is angel backed by the CTEK Angels and others.
