Tier1 Innovation Acquired By Perficient

Denver, Colorado-based Tier1 Innovation, an IT consulting firm providing services for the Oracle market, has been acquired. Perficient, an Austin, Texas-based company that serves the Global 2000, said that it will pay $14.25M, in a combination of cash and stock, for Tier1. Tier1 has annual revenues of approximately $11M. Perficient was advised by DecisionPoint International in the deal. Scott Nesbitt and Scott French, vice presidents at Tier1, have also joined Perficient.
