Webroot Extends Canadian Distribution

Boulder, Colorado-based Webroot Software, a provider of anti-spyware security software, has expanded its distribution into Canada. The firm said today that it has tied into Ingram Micro to distribute its Webroot Spy Sweeper Enterprise and Webroot SME Security products in Canada. Ingram will supply the software to solutions providers, and also offer marketing, training, and customer service to Canadian solutions providers. Webroots products are already available in retail channels in the country. Webroot is venture backed by Technology Crossover Ventures, Accel Partners and Mayfield.
