YP Corp. Acquires LiveDeal

Mesa, Arizona-based YP Corp., a provider of Internet Yellow Pages and related services, said Thursday that it acquired California-based LiveDeal, a provider of online local classifieds, in a deal worth approximately $12M in stock. YP Corp. said that LiveDeal will remain an independent entity and wholly owned subsidiary of the form. Roth Capital advised YP Corp. in the acquisition, with Portico Securities representing LiveDeal.
