Envysion Names VP

Video software-as-a-service provider Envysion Inc. reported this week that it has hired Daniel Epel as its vice president of business development. Envysion said Epel will oversee the company's business development and marketing operations. Epel has previously served as a regional managing director for Denver-based software developer Decisioneering. Envysion also said that Epel founded Merestone Wireless Systems and enjoyed stints with Docent and Apple Computer. Headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, Envysion provides broadband video services for business process improvement and advanced security and surveillance.
