LANDesk Upgrades Management Tool
LANDesk Software Ltd., a developer of IT service management applications, announced this week that it has released a new management tool that will help organizations automate routine tasks and complex processes. LANDesk Process Manager 4.0 features an online workflow resource center and interacts with key applications such as Microsoft Active Directory and BMC Remedy Service Desk. LANDesk said that its Process Manager 4.0 is available for the suggested retail price of $35,000 for organizations of less than 1,000 employees and $190,000 for enterprises of more than 10,000 employees. Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, LANDesk Software is a subsidiary of Avocent Corp.
