DealerTrack To Acquire Arkona

DealerTrack Holdings, a provider of software and data for the automotive industry, and South Jordan, Utah-based Arkona, a provider of dealer management systems for auto dealerships, said this morning that they are in an agreement where DealerTrack will acquire Arkona for approximately $58.9M. The firm said that DealerTrack will pay $1.38 per share of common stock of Arkona, which is a bulletin board listed firm.
