Carefx Tabs Li for New VP Role

Health care database developer Carefx Corp. has hired Dr. Qi Li to be its vice president of clinical strategies, the company announced Monday. In the newly created role, Li will focus on evolving Carefx's product line and will establish a clinical advisory board. Li brings some 15 years of industry experience to Carefx. Most recently, he aided in the development of Partners HealthCare's Longitudinal Medical Record. Li has also held product management and strategy positions with PatientKeeper Inc. and McKesson's Medical Management Group.
