LeftHand Announces 10G Ethernet Support
Boulder, Colorado-based LeftHand Networks, a developer of storage networking software, said today that it is supporting 10 Gigabit Ethernet SANs with a number of partners. The new support ties LeftHand's iSCSI SAN software with HP Proliant DL320 and IBM System x3650 servers, and Netereon's 10GbE adapters, in a package which will be generally available towards the end of the year. The firm said it is demonstrating the 10Gb Ethernet support at the upcoming Storage Networking World trade show.
