iCrossing Acquires Sharp Analytics

Scottsdale, Arizona-based iCrossing said today that it is acquiring Salt Lake City, Utah-based Sharp Analytics, a provider of business intelligence software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. iCrossing said that the move will allow it to combine its digital marketing services with Sharp Analytics' proprietary marketing dashboard technology. According to iCrossing Sharp Analytics will retain its brand and operate as a division of iCrossing, and will continue to be headquartered in Salt Lake City.
