CSG Systems Gets Puerto Rico Win

Englewood, Colorado-based CSG Systems said Thursday that the firm has extended an agreement with Puerto Rico-based Liberty Cablevision to provide customer care and billing support for Liberty's video and high speed data subscribers. Size of the deal was not disclosed. The deal calls for CSG to provide the services for the next five years. Liberty Cablevision of Puerto Rico is Puerto Rico's second largest cable television operator. CSG is a provider of customer service outsourcing for the cable and direct broadcast satellite market.
