Altiris Reports Results

Salt Lake City, Utah-based Altiris announced its fiscal results for Q4 and for the year today, saying that it earned $3.6M on revenues of $60.4M for the quarter ending December 31. For the year, the company earned $15.5M on revenues of $229.4M. Altiris is in the midst of being acquired by Symantec in a $830M cash deal, which was announced January 29th. Altiris is a provider of IT enterprise management software.
