Limelight Signs Metacafe

Tempe, Arizona-based Limelight Networks, which operates a content delivery network (CDN) for digital media, said today that Metacafe has selected the firm as its exclusive CDN. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Metacafe is a popular provider of online videos and user-generated content. Limelight provides high performance content delivery for media, allowing for distribution of video, music, games, and downloads.
