Omniture Acquires Instadia

Orem, Utah-based Omniture today said that it has acquired Instadia, a European provider of web analytics. Financial terms were not disclosed. Omniture said that it would add over 30 personnel to its EMEA client services, sales, and marketing teams as part of the deal. Instadia is a provider of on-demand Web analytics products, and according to Omniture has over 200 companies using its web analytics software. Omniture plans to integrate Instadia's tools into its platform.
