Quovadx Taps 3M Health For Medical Coding

Greenwood Village-based Quovadx said this week that it is integrating 3M's Healthcare Data Dictionary as a part of the firm's database integration services for hospitals. Quovadx said that it will use 3M's software as part of an added feature of its Cloverleaf Integration Services. The integration allows customers to translate medical codes into HIPAA-compliant billing standards. Healthcare organizations use coding of medical conditions for billing and tracking of patients.
