Allegiance Buys National Hotline Services
Salt Lake City, Utah-based Allegiance said Tuesday that the firm has acquired National Hotline Services, a provider of ethics hotline services. Financial terms were not disclosed. Allegiance said that the acquisition will provide the firm with a broader set of enterprise feedback management solutions, which are used by enterprise customers to monitor customer, employee, and partner feedback. National Hotline Services is based in Fredericksburg, Va.
