OpenLogic Raises $4.3M
Broomfield, Colorado-based OpenLogic has raised $4.3M in a venture capital round, the firm said today. The new investment came from UV Partners, Appian Ventures, Village Ventures, Highway 12 Ventures and Red Rock Ventures, along with members of OpenLogic's executive team. OpenLogic is developing software for managing and deploying open source-based software projects. The firm's software is used to control the use of open source projects in enterprise development, including auditing of open source use and versioning. More information »
