Indigio Adds Usability Lab

Denver, Colorado-based Indigio, an IT services provider, said that the firm has opened up a usability lab for customers looking to improve their websites. The firm said that it has testing rooms set up that allow for unobtrusive monitoring and recording of users from a separate observation room. The lab is used by the company to create usability and recommendations for customers.
