Vantage Controls Acquired By Legrand

Vantage Controls, an Orem, Utah-based firm that provides integrated audio/video/lighting and other control systems, has been acquired by French firm Legrand. Financial terms were not disclosed. Legrand said that the acquisition would position it as a leading provider of control and automation solutions. The new firm will be renamed Vantage/Legrand. Legrand is a $4B provider of products and systems for low-voltage electrical installations and data networks.
