Groople Raises $6M

Denver, Colorado-based Groople announced today that it has raised $6M in an additional round of financing for the group travel firm. Funding came from ArrowPath Venture Partners, along with FA Technology Ventures. The firm's existing investors, Vista Ventures, Fatty Tuna and Flywheel Ventures, also participated in the round. Groople said it would use the funding to expand the firm's web site, and improve the customer experience. Jerry Gramaglia of ArrowPath and Giri Sekhar of FATV have joined the firm's board as part of the funding. More information »
