Collaborx Bought By Teledyne

Colorado Springs, Colorado-based CollaborX, Inc. has been acquired by Teledyne Brown Engineering, a subsidiary of defense electronics contractor Teledyne, for $17.5M, Teledyne said this morning. CollaborX is a provider of government engineering services to the U.S. Air Force, and had revenues of $13.6M for its fiscal year ending December 2005. Teledyne said that the acquisition complements its existing government systems engineering business.
