Altiris Opens APIs

Salt Lake City, Utah-based Altiris has opened up its APIs, announcing Tuesday that it has released a new software development kit and application programming interface (API). The firm SVS API and SDK, via the popular SourceForge.net open source community, allows developers to connect into the Altiris Software Virtualization Solution. The API includes C header files, libraries, documentation, and sample code.
