Clear Technology Taps Outsourcer

Westminster-based Clear Technology, a software provider fo the insurance, financial services, and healthcare industry, is tapping Patni Computer Systems, Ltd., an Indian IT services provider for consluting and system integration services. Patni is one of the largest Indian outsourcing firms. Patni said today that it will provide implementation of Clear Technology's software for insurance and financial services customers. Clear Technology develops business process software for insurance, healthcare, and financial services, and is backed by BV-Cornerstone Ventures, Corporate Services Group, Shoreline Venture Management, Sycamore Ventures, and Vawter Capital.
