NetRegulus Adds To Board

Denver, Colorado-based NEtRegulus has added a new member to its board of directors. The firm said that it added Larry Ferrere to its board. Ferrere is chief marketing officer for Manhattan Associates. NetRegulus is a provider of compliance software for the enterprise. The company is targeting the compliance market.
