Allos Therapeutics Appoints New President and CEO

Westminster-Colorado based Allos Therapeutics has appointed a new CEO and President. The firm said today that Paul L. Berns has joined the company as CEO, President, and as a member of the company's board of directors. Berns most recently served at Bone Care International. He has also held positions at Abbott Laboratories, BASF Pharmaceuticals, and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Allos is focused on developing and commercializing innovative small molecule therapeutics for the treatment of cancer.
