Forum Systems Buys Kenai

Salt Lake City, Utah-based Forum Systems, a provider of web services and SOA firewalls, said today that it has acquired Kenai Systems, a California-based company providing vulnerability assessment and compliance software for Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web services. Financial terms were not disclosed. Forum said that it will integrate its security assessment tools within its products. Forum provides and XML firewall and gateway products.
