Local Matters Adds Board Members

Denver, Colorado-based Local Matters has added two new members to its board of directors. The firm, which provides software and technology for Yellow Pages and 411 service providers, said that it has named Matthew Stover and Nancy Hamilton to its board. Stover is the CEO and Chairman of ypOne Publishing, and Hamilton is COO of Roving Planet. ypOne Publishing is a publisher of North American Yellow Pages directories. Local Matters is backed by Sandler Capital Management.
