FlipChip Appoints VP

Phoenix Arizona-based FlipChip International said today that it has named Fred Hickman II as VP of Sales and Marketing. Hickman was promoted from Senior Director at the firm, and has served at Westinghouse, Hadco, DEC, and Park Electrochemical. FlipChip is a provider of products for the semiconductor industry, and is a subsidiary of RoseStreet Labs.
