InPlay Raises $3.5M Private Placement

Phoenix Arizona-based InPlay Technologies said Tuesday that it has raised $3.5M in a private placement from institutional investors. The firm said that it will use the funding for working capital. Roth Capital Partners acted as the placement agent. InPlay develops and licenses electronic technologies, including electronic switch technologies for commercial and industrial uses, as well as digital pen computing technology.
