Property Solutions Raises $250K

Salt Lake City-based UTFC Financing Solutions today said that it has invested $250K in Provo-based Property Solutions. Property Solutions develops web-based software for enabling property managers to collect payments and maintain community web sites. Property Solutions is headed by David Bateman, who previously founded DearElder.com. UTFC is a small business investment company (SBIC) investing in Utah companies. More information »
