GoDaddy announced on Wednesday that it has acquired
Sellbrite, which develops software which helps brands and retailers list their products on online marketplaces. Financial details of the buy were not announced. According to GoDaddy, the acquisition will help it power a new offering, GoDaddy Online Store, which lets small businesses sell products on marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Etsy. Sellbrite is based in Pasadena, California, and was founded in 2014, and was co-founded by Brian Nolan (co-founder and CEO) and Michael Ugino (co-founder and CMO).
