Denver-based real estate information provider AirDNA, which offers up data on short term rentals and how they are performing, said on Tuesday that it has added Mike DelPrete as a strategic advisor to the firm. The company said DelPrete is a real estate expert. DelPrete lists himself as a real estate technology strategist, scholar-in-residence at the University of Colorado Boulder, a strategic advisor to such startups as Hemverket and Kodit.io, as well as an investor in Zumper. AirDNA said the addition of DelPrete will help it tailor its products to the needs of agents and brokers, who use the service to recommend the best short-term rental investments for their clients.
