Salt Lake City-based
Simplus, the developer of Salesforce sales quoting and configuration management software, announced on Wednesday that it has acquired
Sqware Peg, an Australia provider of Salesforce consulting. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. Simplus said the investment is it's first international acquisition, and its sixth, Salesforce consulting partner acquisition since 2016. Sqware Peg was founded in 2004, and has offices in both Sydney and Melbourne. Simplus said the acquisition will help it grow its presence. Reid Meldrum, who led Sqware Peg for the last four years as Manging Director, becomes a "prominent" Simplus shareholder as part of the buy, the companies said. The acquisition announcement comes just a day after Simplus
announced a big funding round.
