Boulder-based programmatic advertising exchange operator
Sovrn Holdings has acquired
VigLink, a developer of software which automatically inserted affiliate and e-commerce links into the sites of publishers, the firm said last week. Financial details of that acquisition were not announced. According to Sovrn, the deal will help complement its suite of products and services. VigLink was based in San Francisco, and counted such investors as First Round Capital, Google Ventures, Reid Hoffman, Deep Nishar, Niel Robertson, Hadi and Ali Partovi, Carlos Cashman, and Micah Adler as investors. Walter Knapp is CEO of Sovrn.
