Teledyne Buys Falcon Analytical Systems, Moves It To Colorado
Teledyne Technologies, a developer of aerospace and defense electronics, instrumentation, and other products, said today that it has acquired Falcon Analytics Systems & Technologies, a West Virginia-based developer of compact, rugged gas chromatographs (GC) for industrial process control, industrial laboratory and transportable GC applications, with plans to move it to Colorado. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. The acquisition was made by Teledyne's subsidiary Teledyne Instruments. Teledyne said it plans to relocate Falcon Analytical Systems to its existing Teledyne Monitor Labs facility in Englewood, Colorado after the acquisition.
