Arizona's BeyondTrust Acquired By Bomgar
Phoenix-based BeyondTrust, which develops cybersecurity software tools and access management software, has been acquired by Atlanta-based Bomgar, the two announced this morning. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. BeyondTrust had been owned by private equity investor Veritas Capital. Bombar is owned by another private equity company, Francisco Partners. According to the comapaniew, the newly combined company will be renamed BeyondTrust, and will be led by Bomgar CEO Matt Dircks; the new company will be headquartered in Atlanta.
