Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX), which develops cloud-based supply chain management software for the healthcare industry, said on Tuesday that it is acquiring
Medical Columbus AG, a German supplier of healthcare procurement software. Financial details of the buy were not announced. Medical Columbus AG serves Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. GHX said that it will acquire a majority of the assets of employees of Medical Columbus in the deal, which will help it expand its supply chain and procurement products portfolio in Europe.
