InsideSales.com, the fast growing sales software developer which is using artificial intelligence to help improve enterprise sales efforts, has bolstered its team with two new executives, the company said late Thursday. According to InsideSales.com, it has named Ryan Allphin as its CTO, and Suaad Sait as President of Growth. Allphin was previously CTO at Cradlepoint, and prior to that, spent 13 years at McAfee. Sait, who has been at InsideSales.com for the last eight months, is a former venture capitalist, having been a venture advisor for Menlo Ventures; he also served as an executive at SolarWinds and RackSpace. Dave Elkington is CEO of InsideSales.com. InsideSales.com is venture backed by Polaris Partners, Microsoft, the Irish Strategic Investment Fund, Kleiner Perkins Caufield Byers, Hummer Winblad, U.S. Venture Partners, and Epic Ventures, and has raised more than $250M in total funding. The company
is among several "unicorns"--companies valued at more than $1 billion--found on Utah's Silicon Slopes, which has been a hidden gem in the technology industry, with an impressive list of IPOs and exits compared to its size.
