CoreSite Gets New, 100G Link In New York
Denver-based data center operator CoreSite Realty Corporation has added a new, 100G link to its NY1 data center in Manhattan, in a deal with the DE-CIX metro area exchange, the two companies said this morning. The two said the link to CoreSite's New York data center came as a result of demand from customers connecting to DE-CIX's metro area exchange. CoreSite says it has over 48,000 square feet of data center space in Manhattan at its NY1 data center, and another 236,000 square feet of data center in Secaucus, New Jersey at its NY2 facility.
