Liberty Global Names Latin America, Caribbean CEO
Denver-based international TV and broadcast giant Liberty Global plc said on Monday that it has named Balan Nair as President and CEO of its Latin American and Caribbean operations. Nair is currently Chief Technology & Innovation Officer at Liberty Global. According to Liberty Global, Nair will take the post as soon as the split-off of those operations occur around the end of the year. Nair has been an executive at Liberty Global for the past 10 years.
