Anonyome Labs, a new startup focused on consumer privacy, has raised $20.4M in a series B funding round, the company said today. The funding came from Symantec CEO Greg Clark and Crosspoint Ventures founder John Mumford, plus LifeLock founder Todd Davis, Ariba co-founder Ken Eldred, and Hanna Ventures. Anonyome Labs is led by Steve Shillingford, the former CEO of Solera Networks. The company said it developing apps that give consumers the ability to create multiple digital identities to defend themselves against the companies and cybercriminals trying to track, hack and exploit the private information of consumers.
