Salt Lake City-based
Ivanti, the IT automation software developer owned by Clearlake Capital, said today that it has acquired
Concorde Solutions, a developer of software asset management (SAM) software-as-a-service. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Concorde Solutions was based in Reading, UK, and focused on managing software licenses in datacenter and hybrid IT environments. Ivanti says the acquisition is its ninth in the last five years. Ivanti is the new name for the combination of LANDESK and HEAT Software; Clearlake acquired LANDESK in January, and merged it into HEAT Software, renaming the new company Ivanti.
