Aviacode Buys Revant Solutions
Salt Lake City-based Aviacode, a provider of technology-enabled medical coding services, has acquired the assets of Revant Solutions, the company announced on Tuesday. Financial terms of the deal were not announced. Revant Solutions is based in Florida. Aviacode says it plans to retain the majority of Revant's full-time facility coders, auditors and operations managers.
