Englewood, Colorado-based cloud television streaming service Sling TV said today that it has rolled out the ability for users of its service on Roku to record and store up to 100 hours of video from its service. The new feature is the first time Sling has made it possible to store and watch programs on its over-the-top video service. The company said it has opened up a beta of the service to existing subscribers, and plans to support additional devices in the coming months. The DVR service will be available to Sling Orange or Sling Blue customers. Sling did say that not all channels will be available for DVR recording, but that it will support the recording of multiple programs simultaneously with no recording conflicts.
