LifeLock Acquired By Symantec For $2.3 Billion
Tempe, Arizona-based identity theft protection provider
LifeLock
has agreed to be bought to cybersecurity software maker
Symantec
, in a deal worth $2.3 billion in cash, the companies said late Sunday evening. The deal values LifeLock at $24.00 a share. The companies said the acquisition will expand addressable market, broaden value proposition, and enable sustainable consumer segment revenue and profit growth for the companies.
