Techstars Launching Music Accelerator
Boulder-based Techstars is launching another accelerator, this time focused on music startups. The company disclosed this week that it is opening up the accelerator in Los Angeles, with its first program to launch in February. The program will be led by former Twitter Music head Bob Moczydlowsky, backed by Sony Music Entertainment, Warner Music Group, Sonos, Harmonix Music Systems, Bill Silva Entertainment, QPrime, Silva Artist Management, and Era of the Engineer.
