, has died at the age of 48,
according to reports
. Krikorian--who lived in Silicon Valley--apparently died while surfing, of a heart attack. Krikorian sold Sling Media--then known for its Slingbox device--to Echostar
back in 2007
. Krikorian only stuck around a short while at Echostar,
leaving the company in 2009
, after his full earn out.
